What Information do you provide to us and how do we use it?
When you use our services you provide 2 types of Information:
(1) Personal Information you sent to us as a result of registration
(2) Usage Information that is provided passively or generated automatically during your use of Webcall services
Payment details will be handled securely to ensure confidentiality and 128 bit SSL encryption is used to ensure sensitive data is protected during transmission over the internet.
Personal information includes information which is required in order for the Software to verify your identity and provide you with the Services. This includes your Webcall login and password, email and other data required for registration.
We don't provide this kind of information to any third party. It can be used by the Webcall team only to organize your access to our service and for some marketing analysis.
Your feedback sent via Webcall e-mail is accessible by the Webcall team only.

Usage information consists of the number of calls, calls length, called numbers, calls content.
We don't provide information on calls, calls length, called numbers and calls content to any third party.
SIP account information consists of SIP requisites you enter in order to redirect calls using the Webcall services. Gtalk account information consists of Gmail ID you enter in order to redirect calls using the Webcall services. This information is not provided to any third party.
No Extraneous System Information Collected (No Spyware)
You shouldn't install any specific software to use Webcall services, and our site pages don't install any software to your system.
How Do We Protect Your Data, Information, and Resources?
We use secure technology to protect any information you provide us. The collected passive information is stored in the secure databases.
If you wish to delete any personal information you submitted to Webcall, you may do so by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will notify you of our receipt of your request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete all such information (excluding any information necessary in order to detect fraudulent use) from our database within fifteen working days from the date of the receipt of your request.
